Asahi Grill Keeaumoku LLC Review

This place has seriously gone downhill. I have eaten here about 3 times and the food is always just average but the last time I went, will be my very last. Let me explain what happened. My husband and I went to Asahi Grill at the Keeaumoku location like we have 2 times before. We went around 7pm for dinner and when we walked in they weren’t busy at all, maybe about a third of the restaurant was full. The sign said wait to be seated so we did. We waited for a good 15 minutes by the door for someone to seat us and no one did. The lady at the registered knew we were there, looked at us, but didn’t say anything. Finally a server walked up to us and took us to a table. He forgot to give us menus so we got up and got them ourselves. After about 10 minutes, we were ready to order. No one came to serve us. We kept looking around and we only saw 2 servers, the man who seated us, another lady, and the lady at the cash register who was now on the phone. We were seated close to the entrance and everyone else was seated further into the restaurant. The wait help kept going in and out of the kitchen and purposely avoided walking by our table. We kept trying to flag down someone but no one acknowledged us. After half an hour, we were livid. We got up and left and no one even noticed. We went right next door to sorabol and had a way better experience. I don’t know what was going on that night but I have never received such poor customer service like that and you can guarantee I will never eat there again. They have lost my business and I made sure to tell all my family and friends about our experience.
