Recent reviews are valid and justified. Staff is inexperienced, slow and generally uninterested in everything (or so it seems). We were turned away having been told that there are no open tables so we simply waited 10 seconds and took one where people just left. Food ordered was fresh, tasty and good value for money, coffees were strong. Since you don't have many options in or around the museum if you are hungry or thirsty steel your nerves to get through the bad part and enjoy.
