An embarassing experience with friends from Italy and the US, today at around 2pm - with the inexperienced and stressed staff, highly unprofessional...15 mins until the order was taken...another 15 minutes until we were informed that the order (3 drinks) got lost... I have been coming to this place for about 30 years and have always enjoyed the exotic green atmosphere of the place and the friendly, competent Service that go so well with this unique locaation of Hundertwasser's Museum. What I had to experience today was agisgrace to the artist, his house, and to Austrian hospitality in general. This place needs more staff and smiling and competent waitresses and waiters who justify the prices of the food and drinks offered. The "Tian" might be the right type of restaurant, but it should also guarantee adequate quality of service.
