In the downtown area, it seems to be isolated from the world. When I went there was just dusk, a cup of coffee, and a quiet moment before dinner. However, the price of the restaurant was not cheap, but unfortunately I was in a hurry that day and didn't have dinner there. It was a little regrettable.
