L'Accademia Review

The place is very nice and spacious and the service was good. The waiting between The antipasti and main dish could be ameliorated . The antipasti where mediocre. The soup of the day was not bad. As for the osso buco , the risoto was nice but the meat was dried from reheating which we mentioned to the waiter. The fish was a little overcooked. Over all not too bad but far from excellent .

I found this restaurant on trip advisor as one of the recommendations. Service was on point, food was served within 15 mins. Service felt relaxed and not rushed. Quality of the fish was great. The fish pasta did not have any fishy smelly and was a great.

Service was mediocre as is usually the case in Switzerland. Main problem was that they did not have the 1/2 bottle of Vermentino which I wanted (cost 32CHF) so they offered me two alternatives but did not tell me the price, so I expected it would be the same or at least in the same range. I was surprised when I received the bill that they charged 75CHF for a 1/2 bottle. (Mind you the retail price of which is around 10CHF). I had to claim it and they did end up giving me a discount, but it should not have happened in the first place.My fish of the day was really very good, my wife's risotto not so much.Great view of the lake and mountains!

The food and service was average good. Pure choices on the menu . I would expect for the price a cloth intead of a plastic trivet . The reason we went is the location by the lake.
