Le V is an elegant, marvelous restaurant with superior cuisine. Special mention should be made of the Diego's warm, conversational approach which nicely offsets the rather formal setting. The quality of the food matches the spectacular, historic stained-glass ceiling. Too often places rely on stellar settings and lag in service or food quality, not Le V!
