I went there for lunch. When you arrive they put a complimentary pot of traditional tea on your table, which is very easy to drink (I finished the whole pot!). The lunchtime menu had a number of "xyz on rice" dishes for under $10. I ordered chicken dumplings and the kung po on rice. When the kung po on rice arrived I was surprised to see just how big the portion was. The kung po topping was piping hot but the rice was barely warm. That being said, it was a tasty dish. The chicken dumplings were amazing. My bill came to around $15 in total - well worth the price but I've had to score down as the rice wasn't hot.
