Restaurant Le St Tropez has a delightful courtyard setting, just off the Old Town Square, behind the National Gallery, and away from the crowds. It proved a wonderfully cool oasis in the 38° temperatures we experienced on our recent visit to Prague. There is also a delightful dining area inside for the cooler weather. The food is absolutely amazing – authentic modern French cuisine innovatively presented and really delicious! The service is fantastic and the whole experience is excellent value for money. Can highly recommend all dishes, but particularly the Salade Gourmande – au foie gras et parmesan, the Tartare de saumon frais, Moules au vin blanc and Magret de canard roti au miel de Provence.
