The Spanish Tomato Cold Soup is a vitamin-rich dish. In Spain, each region has its own Spanish Tomato Cold Soup, but the tomatoes and peppers are unchanged in this dish. Cucumber and onion bring freshness and character to this cold Spanish soup flavored with olive oil, quenching thirst and refreshing.

Bodin restaurant, Restaurante Sobrino de Botin, is known as the world's oldest restaurant (founded in 1725). A sentence on the restaurant window makes the restaurant quite good value for money: it is the world's oldest restaurant opened in 1725 and has been open until now, with the old stove used for roast suckling pigs starting in the 18th century. Hemingway's signature is written on the restaurant window.

Burrata is particularly delicious, and the beef tartar tastes fine, and the roast beef eyes are even more aromatic. Tuna and kink fish rice are also good. I also ate a large black truffle pizza ~ roast suckling pigs eat crispy skin alone, which is great! The meat inside is still very smooth! !

We were sitted quickly with a reservation. The service and ambience was great. The white sangria was great, however, the roasted pig portion was small for the price and a bit overrated. It is definitely no match to the Filipino lechon de leche. The grilled sole fish and Russian salad were just ok too. . Overall I gave it 4stars more for the overall “Botin” experience.

Wow!!! Amazing!!! Such a great atmosphere. The food was excellent. Great value. Thensuckling pig and baby lamb were awesome. We tried the black Burgos sausage - wonderful cumin flavor. The reporters who can were cherry on top! Great experience. Don’t miss it. We went at 10:30 and left at 12:00. Make reservations. But it was t super crowded when we went.

Everything was really good. The staff was very friendly and prepared. It was a nice experience. We got to eat at the tables underground that gave a great atmosphere. The roasted pork was really great!

    4/5Excellent

Food was good but not great. Too overrated. And I didn’t like the fact that they put a basket with 4 breads on the table without saying they charged 1,85 euros each. And we only had 2. So almost 8 euros for the bread. Not fair.
