If you are looking for a warm hot bowl of clear soup noodle (hand-pulled, not long noodle), do look out for Sujebi Samcheon-dong. Now, if you are visiting Bukchon Hanok Village and are at the viewpoint 8 (the boulder stairway), this restaurant is just opposite the viewpoint 8. To avoid the long Q, go before noon and before 6pm. Service was fast and friendly, they dont speak English but they will show you picture menu with simple English written. A clay pot of Sujebi is big enough for 2 person if you order for one portion. Try the sweet potato pancake, so chewy and nice. Note for Malaysian: If you are a 'ban mee' lover, you will definately love Sujebi as it almost the same as our local hand pulled ban mee, except they dont served it with sambal belacan. Sujebi are served with two big pot of bottemless kimchi and crispy pickle green chili. This dish is best eat during cold weather as it warm your stomach. Only things is, it is not a cheap(price) meal but I think is a must try food in Seoul.
