i can't count the number of times i have been here but have been coming since early 2000s when the restaurant was only frequented by japanese clients. the menu then was still in japanese and had a rough translation in white paper. times have changed and although the quality is still the same i did notice that the price has gone up and the quantities have lessened. i guess this is normal as the restaurant has grown in popularity and the clientele is now a 50/50 mix of locals and foreigners. my favourite dishes are the Yukke and the karubi! so yummy i can order 3 orders just for myself. props to the staff and owners of sandaya for keeping the restaurant cozy and authentic throughout the years. i highly recommend this place.
