We just came here for dinner while attending a conference in Melbourne. We loved it so much that we ended up going there for breakfast and dinner almost every day. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the burning bonfire, the great view next to it added to the atmosphere. Food also had to be praised! We tried the avocado toast, French cream toast, etc., and it tasted great!

In The Boatbuilders Yard, I randomly chose a glass of Gin wine called four pillars. Instantly fell in love with the taste. It is a local Australian wine, what should I do if I can't buy it at home? The recommended red wine is also good, made in Western Australia. And the food here is not bad, it is really recommended by a friend.

I found this restaurant to be o.k. The food we ordered was nothing extraordinary which i expected having come all the way into this lovely city of Melbourne, the outer suburbs do a better job of food quality and respect on serving it. Service was great. Views were great, but don't expect top quality in food.

We were really disappointed with the cocktails that we purchased, The Porn star Martini were on tap. I don't mind on tap cocktails but you can't charge the same price as a cocktail that is made fresh, no comparison. By the time we go them to our table they had shrunk to half, the foam on top was non existent and they just tasted like sparkling wine. Really disappointed considering they were $20 each. It was best to stick with wine which was better value. I tried to order food using the QR code but the surcharge was quite a lot. I then tried to order food at the bar but the queue for people ordering drinks was quite long. There should be a register just for food orders to speed up the process. Having said this, the food was good and tasty.

We were in Melbourne for the Rotary International Convention and we had a Happy Hour at Boatbuilders and they were very easy to work with, all the staff were quick, friendly and professional, and we had a great time. A good assortment of drinks and the food was really good. I'd recommend them to anyone else.
