So, the "experience" we've had with Vevay was less than ideal. Noise level was CRAZY!!! they had running screaming children all over the place, but the real problem is really the acoustics of the restaurant. Sitting there at 9pm and trying to have a conversation was almost impossible. The food- the menu is small, not too many starters some mains and a plate of everything which I took. They ran out of 3 things we wanted so we had to change our order. (again, not ideal.) The waitress was not as attntive as we wanted, we had to ask for silverware, for spoons to eat our soups and when we asked for a bottle of wine, we got.... a glass. They clearly need to regroup and find ways to get this place together. Otherwise, I don't see how they survive. Good luck.
