WAPA CAFE Boutique Review

We discovered this place nearby our hotel and kept coming back every night we spent in D.C. The cafe is kind of small, but very cozy and quiet. Prices are very reasonable too, and the service is very friendly and welcoming. I loved their shrimp ceviche, my husband enjoyed their crepes, and our daughter fell in love with their sandwiches. This cafe had enough food options to choose from for everybody! :-)
