Windows Restaurant at Hotel d'Angleterre Review

Michelin restaurant on the 28th floor Hilton hotel at park lane london, restaurant called Galvin at windows , fantastic view from the window, things are delicious, the point is that I bought a discount coupon online, 29 pounds a person! Including champagne, it's too cool, the service is very good! Finally, the marshmallow melted in the mouth!

Great ambience and attentive service, though errors in the food ordered. Lack of traditional sauces to go with meat dishes.

Great menu and wine selection. Exceptional level of service from very knowledgeable staff. Ambience is outstanding, particularly in the evening during the Christmas season. Had a thoroughly enjoyable dinner date.

Overall, the experience was good. The food, atmosphere & ambience were excellent. The only downside was the cost of the drinks. The food itself was expensive, but this was to be expected given the location etc. As with the food being more expensive, it was already expected the drinks would be also. But, even we were surprised by how inflated the costs of the drinks were. It was quite ridiculous & generally the only slight on the whole experience

What a beautiful and romantic setting. The view of the lake at night was amazing and the lighting in the restaurant itself really enhanced the ambiance. Staff was most accommodating and pleasant. We were assisted in selecting a local red Syrah that was very well described and much to our liking. My husband had the filet which was delicious and prepared exactly as he wished. I had the curry chicken, which is one of the restaurant’s signature dishes. My meal was superb and the mango chutney complemented the meal perfectly. If we are lucky enough to travel from the US to Geneva in the future, I would dine here again. What a memorable evening!
