Zest is a delightful place to enjoy breakfast. The buffet is superb as is the A la Carte offering. Amazing choice presented beautifully. Staff are very attentive and Chef is always around to make sure it's running perfectly. Brunch on the weekend is well worth a visit! In the evening the outdoor terrace overlooking the fabulous pool and gardens is perfect. Menu offers 3 different styles of dishes to suit everyone

    Going for Friday Brunch at Zest was one of the highlights of my visit to Dubai. The selection of food was outstanding and the service was exceptional. Highlights were the oysters, seared scallops, tiger prawns, top sirloin steak and carpaccio. The dessert selection was incredible and the quality of pastries was outstanding. Bright colours, rich flavours, similar to some of the best patisseries in Paris! My only regret was that I have just one stomach and couldn't try one of everything. The staff were welcoming and the Chef was incredibly hospitable, knowledgable and lovely to chat with. It was a privilege to be in the company of a Chef who has such a passion for perfection and a willingness to share this with his guests. Will definitely visit again and cant wait to dine at Stay.

    The selection and quality of food is very good. Unfortunately, the place is poorly managed. We had a problem during the breakfast. The restaurant Manager and the Chef came to see us but could not resolve the issue to our satisfaction. We felt they did not really try, they just apologised and left. The next day, the GM who was not aware of the problem came to our table to check we were having a good stay. We explained we were not very happy as the management had not been able to resolved an issue we had the previous day during breakfast. The GM sorted it out straight away, apologised and gave us a present. We left feeling happy the GM had done everything he could to try to make the situation better. It is a shame the restaurant Manager and the Chef did not try to sort it out on the day. We would have felt a lot happier on the day
