La comida, muy buena. El arroz, muy rico. El tiempo de espera, algo elevado, pero tambi&eacute;n hay que tener en cuenta que los arroces llevan su tiempo. El trato y la atenci&oacute;n, excelentes, sobre todo por parte del encargado. Ya hemos ido varias veces y volveremos sin duda.

While working in Spain four years ago (until the pandemic forced us to return to the U.S.), O&#39;Cachelo was our &quot;go to&quot; restaurant when family and friends came to visit. We returned to San Sebastian de los Reyes (northern suburb of Madrid) and were anxious to return to O&#39;Cachelo. The Galician seafood is fantastic! Our favorite has been the salt baked sea bream, but the hake is also melt in your mouth delicious. Attentive, friendly wait staff round out the whole dining experience. Five stars!

I have already gone twice and I will certainly repeat even if you have to improve the time to serve the dishes, for the rest, perfect.
