Visiting Fansipan was an unforgettable experience and a definite highlight of my trip to northern Vietnam. Towering at 3,147 meters (10,326 feet), Fansipan is the highest peak in Indochina, and the journey to the top is just as remarkable as the destination itself. Try to go early in the morning or during dry season (September to April) for the best views. Weather in the mountains is unpredictable, so it’s good to check the forecast and dress warmly, even in summer. Fansipan is a must-see if you’re in Sapa. Whether you’re an adventurer who wants to hike to the summit or a casual traveler taking the cable car, the mountain delivers a majestic and memorable experience.



I visited in September 2022. You can feel the exotic feeling that you can't feel in beautiful, terraced rice fields, Mongolian people, and cities such as Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh.



Old street to sapa to do bus 30,000 per person! ! Taxi 50,000 per person! The scenic spot is OK, there are many people, I went in winter, there is no flower sea, not as fun as summer, scenic spot tickets are 70,000! ! ! Small train tickets are 50,000! Scenic food is more expensive than the old street! ! ! Prices are not cheap! sapa to the scenic spot 2 kilometers! ! 50,000 for motorcycles, 300,000 for bargaining! It's not easy to walk by yourself!



Highly recommended! I went on 19/01/25. The temperature was cold and misty below, but the weather was completely different at the top—sunny and beautiful. I couldn't believe how beautiful it was.

Can take the free shuttle bus outside the Sapa convention centre, there is a red booth next to the gelato ice cream stall. I was scared for the first round of alphine coaster ride and go by very slow. But the second round, I was enjoy on the high speed. This is enjoyable, worth to take the ride, really nice!



Ham Rong Mountain, Sapa

Thac Bac Waterfall (Silver Falls)

It's close to Love Falls, so it's good to go there together. It's just a regular waterfall. Haha. If you have time, you can go, but if you don't have time, you can skip it.
