Nice platting, little flavour. Traditional dutch &quot;directness&quot; service. Dining room full of plastic plants. Kitchen blasting music different to the room music. Not the worse restaurant but definitely not worth the money they charge you. They should read their own website and evaluate if they are providing the service they advertise.

Wat een heerlijke ontdekking in Schagen! Een mooi menu, niet te groot en gevarieerd aanbod, en alles was perfect bereid. De bediening had er merkbaar plezier in ons een geweldige avond te bezorgen. We komen hier zeker terug.

Het eten was geen onverdeeld succes. Het pekelen van de zalm bij het voorgerecht deed niets voor de smaak en de structuur van de zalm werd wat dichter en minder soepel. Bij het hoofdgerecht was de gesmoorde kalfsnek uitstekend. De lamsrack ok en de bijgerechten niet bijzonder. Het dessert was goed gelukt qua samenstelling van smaken en structuur. Kortom niet slecht maar ook niet heel goed.
