Shiretoko Five Lakes is a collective name for five lakes located in the Shiretoko National Park in Hokkaido, Japan. It is one of the eight scenic spots in Shiretoko and is also the main tourist attraction of Shiretoko. The five lakes used to have no name. After becoming a tourist attraction, they were directly named by the number: one lake, two lakes, three lakes, four lakes and five lakes. According to legend, this is the depression created by God's hand when it reaches here. It has become a lake after a long period of evolution. The biggest attraction here is that the calm lake reflects the beauty of the mountains and the red leaves. Watching the red-stained mountains from the walking trails is also a very shocking landscape.
