Very nice and friendly. Good coffee and good sized serving of wedges. Will definately visit again when up Sprinbrook.

Scuttlebutt Cafe Restaurant

I especially like this rural-style coffee shop. It is very grounded and the people are good. They are all nearby residents. Breakfast is very simple, a sandwich, a cup of hot coffee, blowing the sea breeze, and looking at the scenery.

Great place to stop over for a visit. Awesome fudge, lovely ice cream. Perfect Pit stop before exploring. Love driving to this place.

Has been here for many years, well run, clean and tidy with a good selection on the menu for this style of licensed cafe, (unlike a nearby neighbour, though nicely presented with character had a very limited menu). Pumpkin soup recommended though was surprised that the damper came with no butter nor was there the mandatory dollop of sour cream to set the soup off. Otherwise quite nice and not far from beautiful Purlingbrook Falls,

Beautiful little spot in Springbrook. Great food and coffee as well as lovely staff. Beautiful inside dining or peaceful outside dining. Very relaxing and a nice change of pace from the city.

I don&#39;t usually like to write poor reviews, but I feel obliged to warn families with young children away from wasting time at this caf&eacute;. We visited with our 4 children on the Anzac Day long weekend, ordering lunch, after a lovely bush walk. We waited 45 minutes for our meal (chicken nuggets and chips / fish and chips for the kids, soup of the day for the adults). When we complained about the wait, 3 out of 4 of the children&#39;s meals and one adult meal was served. The other meals never came. We lined up to get our money back and we were not the only ones asking for this. The family near us had 3 small children and they ended up asking for their money back after waiting longer than us. The restaurant was only half full, we are not sure why the delay. Unfortunately the food was also very average. The chips were pale and soggy and the chicken nuggets were cool. On the positive side, the location is nice.
