初次听到伏羲工坊以为是一个类似于手工艺制作的地方，但是绝对没有想到的是，天水的伏羲工坊其实是小吃档。里面的装修很复古，有点像80年代的风格。楼上确实有工艺，不过这个工艺是古琴。古琴由伏羲发明创造，样子和古筝有点像，但是只有5弦，声音低沉，不像古筝响亮，而且它的琴谱是独一无二的，这种琴谱只有遗传下来的谱，并不像五线谱一样，根据音调可以自己创造。为了挽救这种快要失传的古琴和琴谱，天水人做出了巨大的努力。好在，现在学琴的人越来越多了。伏羲工坊的一楼是各种各样的小吃，还有天水的传统美食：呱呱。外地人可能吃不太习惯，但是却是天水人最喜爱的早餐。建议过年的时候去这里大吃特吃啦！
