Although it is a restaurant with a niche attraction, the taste is quite good. The key is that the meal is very fresh and gives people a feeling of integration into nature.

The crew that served us was very attentive. Food is good.

We&#39;re saying we would have expected a menu with more typical things, for example, in the menu that was offered to us there were no spatzles, which are mentioned on The Fork. We say that at the end it wasn&#39;t eaten badly, but when we realized the frequency, it may be more a place for young people than for quarantine couples... Discreet, but nothing more.

Staff went out of their way to assist. The beer is a big part of this restaurant but the wine offered was excellent too and the manner in which it was served was excellent.

To be back...they even had sardinian beer ????

This restaurant in the center of Trento was great. Excellent food, classic dishes in modern combinations of ingredients and preparation methods, a perfect selection of wines with a personal recommendation and, at the end, absolutely delicious desserts that we did not expect.

Can&#39;t say enough about this gem in Trento, Italy. View from the window of the Piazza del Duomo is spectacular. Accommodation is superb and the owners so friendly and accommodating. Great for a family or 2 couples.

This time we went for their &#39;fine dining&#39; menu gourmet. A new young chef is at the helm and on this performance it looks like Trento has a new culinary star! Our meal was easily at Michelin star level. Spaghetti with trout roe was especially stunning, being at the same time refined, based on tradition, and wonderfully tasty. Equally impressive was a main of lamb, featuring excellent and perfectly cooked raw material. In general there was inventiveness and originality, as in &#39;mezze maniche&#39; pasta made crisp and filled with raw meat with a middle eastern inspired garnish, or in a local fish (coregone) prepared with a very interesting combination of sweet and sour notes. Desserts were classy too, a pear with chocolate and chestnut mousse with Sharon fruit. Service is friendly, the room is lovely and prices are great value for money at this level of cuisine.

Scigno is one of the nicest places in Trento. It is an expensive restaurant, so I usually go there for an aperitivo. Tody was no exception, we arrived relatively early, got seated inside (were told that we need to be out by 20:00, fair enough). Got quickly a glass of wine and some appetizers. However, it was a challenge to find a waiter for a second glass of wine, we felt forgotten. When we left, the bar at the entrance was packed, so this explains everything - the lesson - get there early and be patient.
