We came here to celebrate our 12th anniversary. We really didn&#39;t have any plans, but at the last minute my parents were willing to let the kids go to D.C. on a whim to see if we could find dinner. &lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; It was an early night. We had a table right away. The choice of dishes was delicious. Try the strong cider! We had a wonderful experience and we wanted to take the kids.

We had dinner recently in joy. This is a great restaurant in Shaw. We booked the room and had to wait about 5 minutes until our table was ready. Service was good and our cocktails were fantastic. We had snails in a blanket first the best preparation for the field snails, we had. Then we had a beet salad. My husband had fried chicken, I had ice skates, and both meals were delicious. Our dessert was heavenly too. We had a fantastic overall experience and highly recommend. This place serves flawless adventurous food with perfect service and is affordable in a casual and festive environment. What is not love? We will definitely come back.

I booked in advance not too far away and got a fairly late seating time. However, when we got there, we found a space in the bar. The place was busy but not as crowded as some fashionable places. What a delightful restaurant! Located a few blocks north of the convention center, this place is definitely outside the tourist area. Everything on the menu is fresh and can be made at will, just as a French chef would have expected. There is no standard on the menu, only one thing is hard to choose, so we have two appetizers. The soft shell crab brewed crab meat is fantastic, like a delicious pancake fresh beet, drizzled with sesame seeds and methyl scallop olives. Our server was excellent and so was all the other employees! As Arnold said, I will be back.

We went to the last time we went to DC for joy and recommended it to us. We were not disappointed. The menu had a good variety and three different dishes, we had, fish, steak and cardamom were excellent. The wine list of the wine glasses was good and the price of the wine was reasonable. The air here is good, there is reasonable noise, easy to talk. The table spacing is good and the service is good. They verify parking in a nearby garage although we didn&rsquo;t know it arrived.
