去陕西旅游，这一站来到了延安，晚上出来觅食无意中遇上了二道街夜市，也无意中看到了这一家羊杂店，因为店铺比较小，当时还犹豫了好一会儿，想想还是吃一碗羊杂汤暖暖身吧。这里的羊杂碎汤比较出名，份量是满满的，一人一碗下肚马上饱了，虽然叫羊杂碎，但是也不会很碎，直接说羊杂就好。汤里下了胡椒，喝下去暖胃。环境就一般般了，坐得非常拥挤，幸好我们一行三人坐一桌子，不然绝对要拼桌。

在路上一直都在搜索延安的美食，羊杂碎一定要吃，还有羊蹄。点评里首推的就是老师家羊杂碎。二道街的总店离我们的酒店也不远。女儿说要吃羊头肉杂碎汤，还点了个羊蹄。羊头肉的杂碎汤一大碗，里面的羊头肉很嫩，一点也不膻，但汤底很咸，而且放了辣椒，还好女儿能吃点辣，而且我们要求少放辣了。汤鲜美，如果少点盐就完美了。羊蹄太酥烂了，他们的口味是辣中带酸，我无感，所以以后不会吃了。后来打包了两个油旋，就是死面油饼，还挺香的。
