Boshan caves were discovered and developed earlier. As early as 1985, it was listed by the Shandong Provincial Government as one of the first five scenic spots in the province. On May 17, 2002, it was named by the State Council as a national key scenic spot. On December 15, 2006, it was assessed as a national AAA-level tourist scenic spot by the Shandong Provincial Tourism Bureau. Boshan caves are well-deserved, and the gorgeous scenery inside is really shocking!
