󰺂8.9
A date with Harbin, a warm world of ice and snow! The 27th Harbin Ice and Snow World will open at 10:00 AM on December 17, 2025. We sincerely invite friends from all over the world to join this long-awaited ice and snow event! 🌟Major upgrades this year, a sneak peek at the highlights • Expanded scale This year, the park covers an area of 1.2 million square meters, using 400,000 cubic meters of ice and snow, setting a new historical record. • New ticketing and check-in hall Fast check-in lanes to say goodbye to long lines. • Supporting parking lot and entrance plaza Great news for self-driving visitors, making travel super convenient. • 5,000 sq m air-supported structure A three-in-one warm harbor in winter for resting, dining, and warming up. • Snowfield hot spring hotel An experience of ice and fire, offering a unique new accommodation choice. 📸Photo spots in the park • Ice version of Harbin Railway Station This main gate is a replica based on the classic silhouette of the old Harbin Railway Station, showcasing the city's profound cultural heritage. The clear texture of the ice adorns the northern winter, becoming a city landmark that blends memory and aesthetics. • Wuhan Yellow Crane Tower The ice sculpture is as tall as a five-story building, essentially restoring the shape of the Yellow Crane Tower with exquisite details and magnificent momentum. It perfectly integrates the famous southern tower with the northern ice and snow, creating a unique and stunning view. • "Fairytale Pony Family" To welcome the Year of the Horse, the park created this fairytale snow sculpture in line with the "Ice and Snow Fairytale World" theme. A family of four was carved based on visitor suggestions. This snow sculpture is located outside the south ticketing and check-in hall. The bright colors of the decorations bring the pony family to life. The sculptors also added blessings like "Prosperity," "Success," "Happiness," and "Joy" on the giant saddle, along with specially made colorful gift boxes and gold ingot gift boxes, full of creativity. • "Fairytale Snowman Family" This snow sculpture is located outside the east check-in hall. It is 15 meters high and uses nearly 4,000 cubic meters of snow. The snowman father is steady, the snowman mother is gentle, and the snowman baby is playful. The family of three, wearing hats and scarves, looks festive, warm, and lovely. They are the "welcoming pioneers" of this year's Ice and Snow World. Visitors heading to Snow Scenery Street or taking the subway to Exit 3 of the Ice and Snow World station can take photos with them without needing to buy a ticket to enter the park, easily creating beautiful winter memories. Additionally, the "Fairytale Pony Family" snow sculpture is available for photos outside the south ticketing and check-in hall. • "Ice" Terracotta Warriors The Ice and Snow World presents a 1:1 scale "Ice" Terracotta Warrior landscape. These "ice" warriors are lifelike and majestic, as if they have traveled through a thousand years, offering visitors a visual feast. • Ice Train The ice train here is not only exquisitely shaped, replicating the appearance of a real train, but it also surprisingly blows steam with a "choo-choo" sound, as if bringing a fairytale scene to life. • Major National Achievements Area In this scenic area, there is an ice sculpture 8 meters high and 43 meters long, carved from 2,000 cubic meters of ice, accurately replicating the silhouette of the Fujian aircraft carrier. In addition to the Fujian, this area also features replicas of other national achievements such as the Kuaizhou series carrier rockets, the Jiaolong submersible, and the "Julang-3" submarine-launched intercontinental missile. 🎯New experience projects • Winter fishing in natural waters: A quiet and exclusive winter pleasure. • Cross-country skiing: A challenge of speed and passion on ice and snow. • Ice and Snow Grand Stage: Linked with the Dream Grand Stage for double the entertainment feast. • Snow football/rugby: Exciting matches await your spectating or participation. 💡 Travel tips • Bring a power bank (batteries drain fast in low temperatures) and windproof, warm gear is a must! The park has thoughtfully set up warm shelters, but the severe cold of the north should not be underestimated. • Recommended for families: Small ice slides and ice bicycles. • A must-try for groups of friends: Snow tubing drift and ice bumper cars. This winter, let's head to the Harbin Ice and Snow World and unlock a dreamy winter carnival amidst 400,000 cubic meters of ice and snow! Tickets can be purchased through platforms like Trip.com. Haidian's new "super" park is here

Haidian's new "super" park is here

󰺂2.5
Beijing has another super park! It's the "ecological pearl" of Haidian District, covering 85 hectares and adjacent to the North Branch of the Palace Museum. The park is spacious yet very quiet, with plants, flowers, and water systems, making it another great place for Beijing citizens to relax. With a structure of "one lake, two dikes, and twelve islands," it integrates natural wetlands with cultural landscapes, becoming a new leisure destination for Beijing residents. Although the park is not yet fully completed, the open areas are more than enough to explore. North Area · Natural Wetland Oxygen Bar Centered around Yuhu Lake, two long dikes encircle the water, with twelve small islands scattered within, connected by bridges. As you stroll through, the scenery changes with every step. The sparkling lake reflects the dikes and islands, allowing you to fully experience the unique charm of the wetland! "Yuntai Yuantiao" (Distant View from the Cloud Terrace), which incorporates imperial garden elements and historical depth, is the best spot to overlook the entire park. It offers a panoramic view of the dikes, islands, and the lake, making it a must-visit spot in the North Area! South Area · Leisure and Science Education Rest Area The South Area is closer to residential areas, so its spatial layout is more convenient and diverse. Centered around "neighborhood interaction, resident convenience, and leisure," it is equipped with basic recreational facilities for all ages, such as a children's activity area, a water play area, and a fitness trail, making it more suitable for family outings! More wonderful spots are waiting for you to discover. Make plans with your friends and visit on a sunny day.
