I am extremely grateful for Director of Sales Katie and all the staff at MCM Elegante. Our conference was a huge success because of the support you provided us. From Katie, to the front desk staff and the staff working the conference rooms, they are an amazing set of individuals. Everyone was courteous, professional, and very friendly. They assisted us with all our questions and needs. Check in was easy and fast and our rooms were amazing. The property is beautiful, clean, and very spacious. The conference room was clean and spacious and was available to us as we requested. Thank you for everything and can’t wait to see you all again, on the next one! Rosa

Which was a room with a comfortable bed, a bathroom, and a tv. Just what I needed after a day in which I drove 10 hours. The man and woman at the front desk seemed very friendly. I wish them the best!

Clean, quiet hotel with a hot breakfast included. Be aware that there are steps on the second floor which prevent the use of luggage carts, for most of the floor. Showers only, no baths. Bed was comfortable. Maid service is only every 3rd day, unless you request service. It really aggravates guests when the hotel tacks on a surcharge on the back-end, but it only amounted to $3.00 per day for a 6 night stay. I considered disputing the charge or complaining to Choice Hotels, but the bottom line was that the charges were very modest. I would think that the hotel would not want to make its guests feel cheated over such a small sum. Moreover, as a lawyer, I could see where a class action could cost the hotel dearly for this practice.
