Villas in Special Region of Yogyakarta, Indonesia

The villa looks very² nice and picturesque, The space for a small family was just nice (2 adults, 1 kid - Luxury Villa 3 Person-Twin Bed). When we get into the room to settle down, the aircon have already been switched on. The pool looks clean and well maintained. During the day, the pool will feel cold and when at night it gets chilly. After swimming, can just dry your clothes by the pool bcs there is direct sunlight. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful all the time when we need their assistance. But we noticed during the day, the aircon could not perform well. The room temperature will only starts to go down during the night (after 9pm onwards). We do understand that the hotel is like an outdoor villa, but we do find some ants running around everywhere. Luckily we dont find them on our bed. Then their shower and bidet does not look well maintained. Got alot alot of white stains all over. Also, their bathtub, we found a few brown stains which we try to remove it on our own but couldn't. Last but not least, there is no table and chairs for us to dine. Normally we would just sit on the floor in our room in front of/below the aircon, so that we can feel cooling while eating. Overall, i would give a 7/10, their villa could have look better if they maintained their property well and provided proper place for dining. As a person, im not really fussy to all of the negative statements stated above but my spouse aren't really happy about it so im here to share 2 person p.o.v. But i am very fussy when comes to the air conditioning. But due to my itenary, im always outside during the day and only be back in the room at night, so i decided not to request change of room or servicing the aircon.

A hotel with a very Balinese feel, a calm and comfortable atmosphere, get a free photographer and fresh coconut ice directly from the coconut. And the amazing thing is getting breakfast directly delivered to the room with a floating breakfast concept. Instagrammable room furniture

Overall is good. The facilities are a bit old. But it does not affect normal use. Most of the time is also outside. Our family is also informal. Mainly the children can play more happily. When you rest, you can chat in the yard or eat together. The service is also very good. Everything is the first time to reply.

The room is exactly as what you see from the photos. It is spacious, clean, comfortable, and of course very aesthetic. You can order food from the famous Mediterranean restaurant and eat and chill by the pool. The cons are a lot of mosquitoes which will buzzing around your ears while you sleep and also prayers are being blasted at 4am. But overall, the price is also worth it with the quality offered.

The room is clean and neat. I love every details of the room. The room is spacious and comfort. The amenities are so complete. The location is very safe and sound. You could hear the bird chirping in the morning. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I really have an amazing time on my stay here.

Beautiful little Javanese timber house. Two story three bedroom and two bathroom. Lounge x 2 and open straight onto the pool. Beautiful gardens tended to daily. Offered laundry service and shared kitchen. Friendly staff who took interest in us and helped us learn Indonesian during our stay

Very nice hotel , the staff are very helpful and friendly, I paid for a floating breakfast for 2 and they brought a regular tray saying that the floating trays are sold out. That was the only thing that upset me, also the towels sometimes are not clean

Loved every moment here in this place. Nice concept, nothing there were unnecessary all of it here steeped with design and architectural beauty. Near the central attraction yet still quite from the city hustle. Worth every penny 💯💯

We had an amazing stay! The place is beautiful, peaceful, and far from the hustle and bustle. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Super comfortable rooms. Will definitely come back 💙
