Stanislav is not only incredibly kind and professional, but also deeply knowledgeable about New Zealand’s rich history, culture, and breathtaking landscapes. His passion for sharing the beauty of the country truly shines through, making every stop and story feel meaningful and memorable. We were blown away by the stunning natural scenery along the West Coast and the fascinating insights into the City Center. Stanislav went above and beyond to ensure everyone felt comfortable, informed, and inspired throughout the day. This tour was without a doubt one of the highlights of our trip, and we walked away with a deeper appreciation for this incredible country. We had an amazing trip with an extremely knowledgeable crew. We saw a nursery pod of common dolphins and multiple shorebirds doing cooperative feeding. We also saw a brydes whale that was doing bubble net feeling. We were citizen scientists assisting with the boats research and learned so much about Aucklands ecosystem. There was extensive research material on board and a presentation. We whale watch all over the world and this was one of our favorite trips!! We highly recommend this tour!!

Was a lovely experience even with no wind to sail us around the harbour. Enjoyed the fun company of the crew, food and sail around the harbour even though we had to motor a lot of it due to not much wind. Take lots of warm clothing in winter, I had a beanie and gloves on with 4 layers. Thankfully they also provide blankets and jackets too.

This tour exceeded all expectations - gliding across Hauraki Gulf from Auckland to Waiheke on the ferry, the beauty of the island and most importantly (and memorably) our guide Jo was warm, generous and oh so knowledgeable about island life, its superb wines and delicious food and knew just the right places to visit … local wineries Kennedy Point Winery, Batch and Casita Miro were all outstanding in their own distinctive ways. We loved every moment, sip, mouthful, view and conversation…

My husband and I spent the day on Waiheke Island on January 17, 2024. The best part of the day was the 4 hours we spent with Graham (sp) from Kiwi Connect. He was so informative about the island, the wineries, and New Zealand. He took us to some beautiful lookouts as well as the Postage Stamp, Batch, and Mudbrick wineries. At the end of the tour he dropped us off in town with some great recommendations for food and drink. If we return to NZ we will visit Waiheke Island and tour more vineyards with Kiwi Connect.


