The hotel was easy to get into, parking was convenient and easy to navigate. The building and decor was beautiful and clean. We dont gamble but the ****** looked nice. Got the room because prior reviews said the beds were comfortable. Our bed was not great, seemed pretty typical for a hotel. The shower was nice, strong water pressure. I would say it was a bit too hot… even on the lowest temperature setting I was hot, and I like really hot showers. Lots of food options, albeit pricey. Loved the ocean view from the 40th floor. Had an issue with our keys- had 2 different reservations because Friday night was sold out at hotel so had to go online for the second night. Somehow we got checked out in the middle of the night and our keys got deactivated without our knowledge so we got locked out of the room. Staff resolved fairly promptly.

Upon check-in we were told we had a regular room with 2 queen beds, but booked and paid for a wellness room with 2 queen beds. At first we were told there were none, but then somehow one was found. When we went up to go to sleep, the room smelled a bit like ********* smoke so we turned the air filtration system from silent to turbo. During the night we were awakened by the extremely strong smell of *********. So strong that it seemed as though someone was in our room smoking it. We reported same in the morning as we were checking out and were told there was nothing they could do except have the air filtration system inspected and not charge us the $36 resort fee. This was completely unacceptable. We booked a wellness room for the sole purpose of the added air filtration system because we are allergic to smoke. Yet both of us woke up unable to breathe, stuffy and congested, not to mention with headaches, from the smoke.

Enjoyed our stay for the weekend. Clean hotel, friendly helpful staff. Many things to do and places to eat.

The actual resort fee charged was more than what was quoted on trip.com they also do not take reward cards if booked through 3rd party which is ridiculous.

We had a great time there and the service was wonderful. The overall experience was great.

My Wife and I stayed here for her Birthday and we had a wonderful time. We had a room on a high floor with a great view of the city.

Food was very good. Hotel was very clean 👌

We've stayed everywhere in AC but this was our 1st time at Borgota. Why did we wait ao long to try it? It was so much better than all of the other hotels! Even the caino wasich nicer than the other. Only downfall was the amount of smoke that was prevalent throughout the ******. This will be our new go to hotel!

well the property offer me the third floor room and the view suck I think I pay twice cause I got charge again I never check it out. long time ago it was great but now NO.

Wish I could remember staff members name that made it easy to switch rooms, since I requested a smoking room. She was sweet and diligent. Thought hotel would be more luxury. Pay the extra 200 to stay at ocean resort. At Ocean you will find more luxury in terms of room and restaurants.

The manger Oscar was excellent and gave us a beautiful room overlooking the water. The beds are cozy and bathrooms very nice. Beautiful grounds and indoor pool area was fantastic! Overall good stay! The only complaint was the restaurant we had breakfast at, we waited an hour for our food. Otherwise, great hotel with a lot of amenities!
