Everything is very good but the hotel is far from subway around 500 m. It can walk 🙂 if you come with 3-4 persons, this hotel is recommend.

Room was amazing and matched the description except for the fact that we booked a non smoking. They allocated a room which previous customer might have smoked and the room was extremely stinky even the bed linen. Since we arrived very late we requested a deep cleaning the next morning but they did not even changed the linen so we had to keep windows open all day and night.

The hotel has high-tech fun, robot delivery to the room. Staff was welcoming even if they don't speak English. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean and warm. Breakfast had variety and a lots of options.

Very comfortable hotel with kind staff. The subway is not far and the Temple Of Heaven is super close. Recommend!

It is a quiet location. Yet eateries are just across the road. Bus stop right in front of hotel. Subway station is a bit of a long walk away. But busses (for 2Y only) puts you right at the doorstep. Didi pick up is easy too. Lots of space and time to board. The only downside is the size. A bit too small.

Excellent location for historical sites and metro station. Very helpful staff. Great breakfast . Over all nice vibe.

The Hotel was really good and convenient. The room was comfy and stylish. It is located close to the temple of heaven and public transport. The staff was really helpful with all our enquires/requests. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of different dishes, including fruit, rice, noodles, dumplings, eggs, etc…

Hotel is nice but there is a smell that comes from the bathrooms that doesn’t go away. Service is nice, provides water and drink daily. Laundry machines are better than other hotels. Washer auto dispenses detergent and dryer dries fast. Traveling is a bit hard, would need to call a car unless you are able to ride the train.

Good location (15 minutes walk to Temple of Heaven). The facilities are new and well-maintained. The accessories provided are very cute. The included breakfast is good, especially the yoghurt. Overall very good experience!

The hotel is near major tourist spots, but impossible to get a taxi in this location. Also the staff struggle to speak English or understand. Toilets are inside the rooms with half doors so it’s smelling naturally however clean they maintain ( a design flaw and not the quality of service) breakfast is good but no name boards in English to help customers. Basically it’s an economical place to live in groups of four. The guy who checked us in was helpful though.

Pros: 1. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. 2. Buffet breakfast was delicious and provides a wide variety of food choices. 3. The sound proofing of the room was quite good considering that my room was next to the road. 4. There was no smell of smoke in my room. 5. The hotel is only 10 mins walk away from Temple of Heaven East Gate Subway station (this is a great plus as private cars such as Didi are really slow due to the heavy traffic in Beijing city). 6. The hotel staff are very helpful (e.g. they helped me to book a ticket to an attraction as I could not do it myself because I could not use WeChat Pay as a foreigner). Cons: 1. The hotel WIFI is very very slow. I would go to the extent of calling it non-existent. Just make arrangements to have internet access of your own without relying on the hotel WIFI. 2. The air-conditioning is not good. I could not feel any cold air coming out for the air-con. I told the hotel staff about it and they asked a technician to look into the problem. Unfortunately, till my last day of stay at this hotel, this problem still persisted. If you face the same problem, perhaps changing room might help.

Very convenient place, one stop away from the highspeed rail and the hotel location is right inside a shopping district (no issue with food and groceries shopping).
