I understand it's cold but the hot all night with no option of turning it off was pretty intense - I ended up *****ping off all my clothes andbopening the window a little! Otherwise front desk helpful and amenities all suffice.

The price is cheap but the service is poor. But the value for money is good. The location is in the center of the bar district and it is lively. It was a personal mistake, but I reserved a smoking room when I made the reservation. I am a non-smoker, so the cigarette smell was unpleasant. There is a bath on the 6th floor, but the hair dryer is broken and there are only two lockers that work properly.

Good accommodation, reasonable price, clean, convenient, near convenience stores. Not far from the JR train station.

I stayed here just to sleep. It was good value for money. There was no detailed explanation at check-in, so those who are staying at a Livemax hotel for the first time may be confused. I have stayed at hotels in other areas several times, so it was fine for me. Other than that it was good. The room was clean.

I booked a hotel on short notice the day before and stayed there. I'm satisfied with everything I need and the cleanliness is perfect. I also appreciate that it's close to Chitose Station.

The location is a bit far away. It's not particularly convenient to get to the station or the airport if it snows. But there are many restaurants around, which are pretty good.

The hotel is located in the downtown area and there is a convenience store nearby, making it a very convenient hotel.

It was cold but there was no heating, so I caught a cold.

There is a large parking lot next door which is convenient. I will use it again.
