"The price is the most expensive hotel in Zhiqian Lake, and the hardware conditions are OK! It has everything it should have! But it is not worth coming! The hot spring water is great However, the toiletries are particularly bad! They are all their own brand products. I used them to tie my hair and combed out a lot! Hotels over 3,000 yuan all use pola, but I have never used such a bad one! Such an expensive hotel is not willing to give even a pola, which is also very absolute! Service: It looks okay on the surface, and basically everyone is polite when they see it! But it is outrageous when encountering problems! I can only say that I didn’t feel respected, nor did I feel the service that should be provided at this price! In places that cannot be seen, the management of this hotel is particularly bad! Catering department: Absolutely bad review! Including catering services! There were foreign objects in two consecutive breakfasts and dinners! The foreign object was "****"! Yes, it was the curly hair you thought! If it was just because of this hair, it would not be given such a low score; but their attitude when handling things and the subsequent quality of dishes are really unbearable! ! We told the duty manager at that time. Although the manager apologized, there was actually no improvement! So much so that we still had foreign objects in our breakfast the next day! ! Very speechless! Mistakes can happen in any industry. I can understand and will not embarrass them in the service industry at all! But for a company that claims to be the first in service, the chef did not come out to apologize until we left the store. He only said sorry through the service staff, saying that he was too busy! This perfunctory attitude is particularly unacceptable to me! ! In addition, the most fundamental reason for my bad review is that the main course steak was served cold! ! ! That's right! Not the appetizer, but the main course! Not only the plate was cold, but the steak was also cold! It was really too bad! I have been to Japan many times, and the hotels I stayed in ranged from cheap two to three thousand to expensive thirty or forty thousand. Only this main course steak was cold! ! It's simply too much and unbearable! This bad review is not at all wrong! Location: Far from the lake! Friends who want to see the scenery can avoid the pit! This hotel has no scenery! There is no service, no food, no scenery, and the bath products are so bad! I don’t know who spoiled them, and they are so expensive! ! When I first saw the bad reviews, I didn’t believe it and thought it was because I was too picky! ! Now it seems that I deserve to pay the tuition! Whoever makes the decision will suffer the loss, whoever makes the decision will be fooled, you can decide for yourself! I can only advise you this much! Super unlucky!"
