Great place to stay near LAX. Room was spacious and very clean.

Like it but hope it can be lower priced

Cheap place. Not friendly staff. A lot of add-on. Noisy rooms. Not coming back.

The hotel has a good location, with shopping malls and catering services nearby, within walking distance; the rooms are spacious, tidy, clean and hygienic; the facilities are complete and comfortable; the front desk staff is friendly and friendly!

Nice decoration and good service

Hotel facilities and rooms are very old, gray feeling, sanitation is average, there is nothing near the hotel, breakfast options are few, the quality is average, and the service attitude is OK, but it is not recommended to stay.

The staff were friendly and the room condition was good, and it was nice to have a comfortable stay.

Overall a great place in a great location. The hotel is being renovated and while our room and floor common areas are updated some places like the elevator and other areas were not updated yet. There were many workers and they were all very friendly and accommodating with the work hours very reasonable (10 - 5 or 6). It is very quiet even being close to the freeway. The one negative and why it didn’t get 5 stars is the bed. If this was replaced that is a disappoin**ent. It is thin and not supportive. I felt like I was in a hole and laying at a decline with my feet higher than my head.

We stay here often as it is close to our son and daughter-in-law. Generally, we love it. This last trip, however, we were met with early morning (8am)pounding that sounded like it was right next door, though it was 2 floors above. Construction. No warning other than a lobby sign that we missed when we checked in. We learned that the workers weren't supposed to start until 10am. Everyday of our stay, we told the front desk and each morning, the workers would start early until someone complained. The staff said they were as frustrated with the crew as we were and that they've been dealing with it for months! The hotel is still a great place, but ask about construction issues first.

I was informed that construction make noises, however, it was a bit too loud. But staff was friendly.

Quick check in/out. Hotel is under renovation, but there wasn't too many issues. Comfortable room!
