I booked on my smartphone and paid in advance with my card, but the room was not available. They showed me the reservation confirmation screen and seemed to have hurriedly prepared the room. I will not use Trip.com to book next time.

The hotel is very close to Goshiki-numa, only a 6-minute walk away. It is good to live here if you want to go to Goshiki-numa. (There is also a bus in the hotel that goes directly to the entrance of Wushinuma. I put the bus schedule in the picture, you can see it if you need it) The breakfast is also very rich. Because there are no restaurants around the hotel, we can only eat in the hotel. You can eat the hotel's buffet dinner, or the restaurant in the hotel. I think the restaurant in the hotel is not very expensive, it is quite cheap. We ate 2 times, basically just over 300 yuan (for 2 people). The room is quite big. The hotel has an outdoor hot spring. The nearest convenience store around the hotel is also a little far away. Fortunately, there is a small supermarket gift shop in the hotel, where you can buy some water or something. The service is also good, in short, it's ok...

I don't like dinner at the dining hall because it's noisy, so I made a reservation for breakfast only, but the only restaurant in the hotel was "Robatayaki Izakaya". There were other restaurants that looked good, but unfortunately they were either closed or only by reservation (I don't know how to make a reservation in advance). I entered "Robatayaki Izakaya" and sat at the counter seat, but the a**osphere and food were perfect, and the set was good compared to Aizu local sake drinkers.

The room and bathroom were clean. One thing I was worried about was the reason for corona measures It was a style that each guest took the required number of amenity goods and yukata. Alcohol spray was installed in various places, but it is better for the hotel staff to put it in each room than many people touch it. The food was a buffet both in the morning and at night. There was a food section popular with children (frankfurters, hamburgers, fried chicken, etc.), so it was good for families with small children. However, I felt that it was still expensive for preschool children. Other meals included local dishes and steaks, all of which were very delicious.

It's an old hotel, but the customer service and cleanliness are fine. The most attractive place is the hot spring with open-air bath, it was the best.

It was a plan without dinner, but there are no restaurants around We added a dinner buffet later (reserved at the hotel) 5000 yen / person It was nice to have more items than the buffet at a hotel in Tokyo with a similar amount of money and also local cuisine. Each person has their own taste, but I would say 8 points (10 full). I was very satisfied with the breakfast as well. The bath was large, and I enjoyed the sauna water bath, free drinks in the dressing room, and so on. Customer service is limited to check-in, check-out and meals There was nothing particularly unpleasant and there was no problem. I was very satisfied because I stayed at a very cheap price.

I used it without meals. The staff at the reception was very nice. I stayed in a twin room, but it was good that it was very spacious, but I was a little worried about the smell, probably because the building itself was old. The open-air bath was very comfortable.

The hotel is conveniently located opposite the entrance to Gosekinuma. The hot springs are of high quality and the environment is beautiful. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style but there are many varieties and the taste is very good, especially the tea pickled rice that is rarely found in hotels. It is highly recommended.

The open-air bath in the large public bath is the best. There are izakayas, bars, and restaurants, so it's enough even if there's nothing nearby. It is close to Goshikinuma Pond and the parking lot is free. It's a complex and with so many names, I thought I had misunderstood the hotel.

It was a nice Japanese-style room. The bathroom is large and has plenty of hot water. It is a large accommodation facility, so the facilities are sufficient. I think it's suitable for families.

I arrived a little early, so I waited in the lounge until check-in at 3pm. The high-ceilinged, spacious lounge offered welcome drinks (juice, coffee, tea, draft beer, champagne) and snacks. The building was warm, so I had some juice (my partner had beer). Amenities such as toothbrushes and shower caps are placed near the front desk and near the lounge. You basically have to bring everything with you, so I realized later that tea and coffee packs were placed near the front desk if I hadn't picked them. After my morning bath, I got a coffee pack and had my morning coffee in the room (only powdered tea was available in the room). The room was spacious with two semi-double beds, a sofa, and a chair and table set, and you could see Mt. Bandai. My partner said, "It makes me feel like I'm at a resort." The bath was a large public bath with many washing areas, and the open-air rock bath was also large. It was a good hot spring (colorless and transparent). There were many monkeys on the roof of the bath and in the trees. I could see them through the window of the indoor bath. However, they didn't do anything. The baby monkeys were cute. The next morning, the monkeys were gone. My partner said that there were no monkeys near the men's bath. There was also a shampoo bar at the wash area (only in the women's bath). We didn't use it because we already had two types of shampoo. The wash area had amenities, and the water cooler dispensed water, tea, and Green Dakara. Dinner was a Japanese, Western, and Chinese buffet, and the restaurant was full of customers. There seemed to be some tour groups and student trip groups. There was also Fukushima gourmet food (sauce katsudon, mountain salt ramen, and many other dishes). There were many dishes. There were also several types of local soup. We drank two types. You have to be careful not to eat too much at a buffet. But my partner ate a lot of protein. For breakfast, I asked about the time when groups were using the restaurant, so I went after that, and the restaurant was empty and we were able to relax. The dried mackerel went well with the rice, and we chose from three types of miso for the miso soup. They also had hamburgers, eggs Benedict, and several kinds of yogurt. We ate slowly, and my partner said, "It feels like we're at a resort overseas." Check-out was at 10:30, so we had time after breakfast and were able to relax in the room. My partner was satisfied with the hotel and thought that this stay was a success. Dinner was only a buffet, but I thought it would be nice if they offered plans other than the buffet.

I was satisfied with this accommodation that allows guests to stay with their dogs. If you don't have pets, you may want to compare other hotels. Both dinner and breakfast are buffet style, with a wide variety of options, including local dishes I've never tried before. The food wasn't bad either. The open-air bath is made of large stones, and although there are many trees and the view is poor, the branches of a large maple tree reach up above your head. It looks like it would be a nice view during the autumn leaves season. It wasn't unpleasant, but the building is old. The biggest problem was that the air conditioning was weak, so the room was hot until the next morning. Even the dog was exhausted.
