Nice view, you can see KL tower, KLCC and 118 tower at night. I’m at 28 floors. Many attractions around this hotel.

What i love about this hotel is the view, room, services from the receptionist. Hotel is near to sogo kl, saddam nasi kandar and others famous food. The nearest train is Monorel Medan Tunku. But the parking is kinda creepy and also the window is kinda dirty, pls maintenance the window of each room. Breakfast food is okay and yummy too. Overall what can i give is 4/5 ✨

All rooms are located at high floor offering a great view of KL skyline especially the side that overlooks the PNB118. However, this hotel is ageing and really need another round of refurbishment. The exterior windows glazing also need to be cleaned!

Overall services, facilities and foods is good.
Only the room service a little bit disappointed.
The room cleaner didn't change room tissue.
The room cleaner clean toilet bowl and toilet using towels that has been used by us.
This is very disgusting.

Very helpful customer service but my parking fees was charged RM41 for 2 nights stay of which parking validation is malfunction...hope to obtain refund

Location downtown Kuala Lumpur. Very clean room and good view from hotel .Parking available.
