Basic room. We like the fact there's microwave oven. Should have hangers in bathroom for towels. But i find it abnormal that there's no receipt for deposit. We were requested to take a picture. Our room has nice view of KL landmarks.

Spotless and modern studio apartment in a lovely building with great facilities including a roof top pool with stunning views over Kuala Lumpur which make it worthwhile being a bit of a walk out of the centre, small convenience shop, cafe and bar/ restaurant. Highly recommend. Photo included is the view from our room.

Great place to stay close to the city center for expats and travelers. The view from the top is stunning, especially from the pool. My room (neon b 33-17) on the 33rd floor was facing north-west with view on the park in front (see pictures) and was clean, spacious and comfortable. There is a mini Mart on the ground floor and a good gym on the roof next to the pool. Nice Cafés in 10min walking range, about 20 min to the PETRONAS towers by foot. Overall good value for money.

The Hotel was conveniently located and is easily found. Located in the heart of kuala lumpur, so you can see the clear sight of KL tower and KLCC surrounded with all the tall buildings. The Hotel also provide secured private parking. The room is quite big makes movement within the room very comfortable. It was convenient & well equipped with wifi, water boiler, microwave, heater, iron, portable cooker & filtered water. My stay was very enjoyable. Our only regret was that we could not stay longer. Had to return for work!

Clean room with reasonable price and connivence to walk to street market, really enjoy to stay there.

Firstly, the location of the hotel is fantastic. Just that the parking is expensive unless you can validate it for RM5 per entry. The highlight of the hotel is undoubtedly its rooftop swimming pool. It's well-maintained, and you're looking to unwind after a day of sightseeing or simply soak up some sun, the pool area is a definite plus. However, despite these positives, there was one major issue that significantly impacted my stay: the sewage smell in the toilet. It was quite unpleasant and detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience. On the affordability front, the hotel offers decent rates, making it an attractive option for budget-conscious travelers. The beds are comfortable but the cleanliness is just bare minimum.

Check in Counter not provide clear information about the steps of door key causing the running up and down to settle this door opening issue. Very limited toiletries provided

Haist so terrible and disgusting. Pillow case was so smelly and the toilet too! 🤮🤮. 1st thing is from the counter the staff is not approachable and inconsiderate come to think we we booked 3 rooms and asking for same floor however he told us is not they're doing this thing blah blah blah it's mana mana to contact first. Huh 😕 they not accommodating!!!!!

Overall it’s a great hotel for the price, and would book again. Further comments: Positives: -Infinity pool with amazing view -Helpful staff, always online on WhatsApp -Big room, high ceiling, amazing view -Helped with check in at 1pm without a fee (standard checkin time is 3pm) -Minimart on the ground floor for necessities Negatives: -Although location is central, it’s about 11 mins walk to the nearest metro and half an hour walk to KLCC. It was a bit difficult with luggage, although it’s great location if using taxi. -Overall clean room but bathroom and towels could have been cleaner. -Shower has no door making the entire bathroom wet all the time. -Elevator waiting time is long as it’s a high building with many residents/guests. -No water provided

Very nice view. Clean😍 peaceful place. Mind relaxing. Love to stayed here. Really enjoyed. We stayed for 2 days. Juz the lift service is poor. Otherwise everything ok. We love it😍❤️ I rate 5 star ⭐ will check in again ☺️

A pleasant stay! 🥰🥰💗 Location is strategic, place is clean and I’ll definitely stay again whenever I travel to kl💫
