Super convenient and cozy hotel. It is located in Shijo, just 1 block way from the busiest Sanji, just 20 mins walk to the river. Lots of interesting shops along the road, good to explore.

Location is great since it is right next to the metro station Shijo. However bear in mind that there is no direct elevator if you travel with large and heavy suitcases. Very clean and quiet room if you request in advance. However, reception can barely speak any English which causes misunderstandings... I tried to borrow an adapter and got turned away... Can't imagine that a hotel chain like this simply does not have any power adapter. Breakfast is very cheap, no buffet breakfast therefore I would suggest not to book any hotel breakfast. There is a washing room on 2nd floor can be used with coins. however my clothes not well cleaned since it is only 35min washing cycle. But can somehow meet needs if you would like to quickly wash your dirty laundry :)

Before coming here, I read the guide of Little Red Potato. I was worried about hygiene (bed fleas), dust (baby is allergic), and small room. So I compared and selected again and again, and chose Royal Garden. Let me first say the conclusion: I am very satisfied. 1. The hygiene is excellent, very clean. There was a little episode when cleaning on the first day. I came back at night and reported to the front desk and asked for ventilation. The guy was very dedicated and ran three times (the first time to ask for the needs, the second time to open the window with tools, and the third time to close the window). Thanks to the guy. However, this window is more dangerous to open. I thought it was the kind in China that can only be opened partially, but it turned out to be able to open 90 degrees. Fortunately, it requires special tools to open it. 2. Check-in is simple. You can check in by yourself on the machine. If you don't know how, the front desk will teach you. The machine can select Chinese. 3. Friendly service. I booked for four days, but because the child had a fever after playing at the beach, the itinerary changed. I contacted the hotel to cancel the order, which was also handled very quickly. Ctrip customer service was also very good. 4. The child was five years old. It was the first time I went there. I took the initiative to ask if the child was five years old. The other party thought there were five of us and prepared a big table for us. 😄 5. Convenient transportation. There is a big road downstairs, but it is not noisy at all. The room is also soundproofed. By the way, two bottles of wine were given when I checked in. The blue one was delicious. I specially ordered this one at night. I couldn't drink the other one. Good experience. I booked the Kitahama restaurant of the group directly in Osaka

The location is very good, right outside the subway, and it is also convenient to go to the commercial street. It is also close to Kiyomizu Temple by bus. The breakfast is a set meal and tastes good.

After choosing a hotel on Ctrip for a long time, I am glad that I finally decided on this hotel. The location is very convenient. The croissant is good. If it is not enough, you can add more. I will continue to stay here next time. I will recommend it to my friends.
