Great location, fast wi-fi, comfortable bed. Laundry room was a really nice bonus. As for the downsides... On the first day people kept entering my room with their keycards, and not all of them were hotel workers, which was creepy. One night some neighbours were **********. Good for them, not so good for my sleep — so the soundproofing could be better. And I also got allergic to the shower gel which never happened before. So it really was a 50/50 experience

It was impossible to sleep because you can hear everything from your room. Cleaner came in my room whilst I was sleep also at 9. Super stylish hotel though with a cool gym. Shame it didn’t deliver on its core purpose of a place where you can get rest.

Very comfortable and convenient.

The Hotel was fine, the only drawback was that we arrived and the room was not made up. We said it in and they came right away to do it. 

The location is very good, close to Principle Pio subway station, and easy to reach landmarks such as the Royal Palace, Plaza de Oriente, Plaza del Sol, and Grand Theater. The room was large and tidy, and the hotel staff was accommodating and helpful, with a great attitude! 👍

We were speechless. Seeing that we were Chinese, we were given a room in the ba*****t. It was dark, damp, and smelled of mold, and there were no windows. We went to the front desk and asked for a room upstairs. The second floor was still shady, and there were so many empty spaces. Room! ! ! Besides, the soundproofing of the hotel is terrible. The next door room was very loud and played dance music all the time. From the afternoon until the early morning, the hotel did not respond to the feedback. We even knocked on the door to warn, but it was useless. As a result, I almost didn’t sleep all night because I got up at 5 o’clock in the morning to rush. airplane The service attitude of the hotel staff and the front desk were poor. We stayed for three nights. Except for mineral water on the first night, there was no mineral water in the next two days. Even the garbage bags were not changed. It was a very bad experience! ! ! !

Excellent in every way!! Very good place to stay**** and do various activities ❤️

When I checked in, there was a bug in the middle of the bed. When I applied to change rooms, I was told that the room was full. The room had no windows, so I couldn't spray insecticide. I didn't sleep well all night. I always felt that bugs would appear on the bed at any time. The night shift girl at the front desk had a very cold attitude. She took one look at the photo of the bug and didn't apologize or want to help. I applied to check out the next day, but luckily I was granted a refund. Will never come again.

Accommodation with a good location, friendly staff, correct and beautiful facilities. The pool water was a bit cloudy... but having the pool option is appreciated to combat the heat of Madrid. We will surely repeat :)

It is a beautiful design, the space outside the room and magnificent (bar, swimming pool, .....) the location very good for visiting Madrid. The only downside is the price, and especially the price variations depending on the period. If you pay around 80€ it's worth the cost, we paid 125€ for a room, although charming, lack of view and above all access to the outside. You don't have to be claustrophobic. After 1 year around the world, I can tell you that there is better for a lot less expensive .... that's the only complaint

It is a very trendy and youthful hotel that is not typical of Spain. The hotel is very large and there are many rooms like a maze, so the road from the entrance to the room is always confusing and long. The room is small but hip and everything feels new. It was amazing and it felt like the cleaning wasn't done properly. But the reason I'm satisfied is that the staff are very friendly and the hotel atmosphere is bright and young because it's a place where many young office workers and students rent for a long time. Spain is a very old and dingy hotel. There were many, but this hotel didn't have that feeling, so it was nice
