Suitable for a short stay. Location is centrally located and accessible to all forms of transportation

The hotel was very well situated , not far from rizal Park, the local zoo, the train station, and manila Bay. This was my first time to manila so I was happy I chose this place , it was comfortable and friendly. Great price too.

Our room was simple but very clean and cozy. Looking out the window of our rooom, the Manila beach was just few steps away. The front desk and the cleaning staff were extremely helpful to us. All the guests were encouraged to be environmentally friendly and responsible, which I think is super cool. Great location, as well. There are quite a few budgest hotels near Robinsins Place Manila, but none is like Hop Inn that makes one feel comfy the very first moment you see them .

7 eleven next door , cafe also next door . Walking distance- sea/beach , restaurants, a big mall , church . Kinda hidden . I don’t know if the water in the bathroom can be hit

This is not my first time to book in a Hop Inn Hotel, but this is the first time that a problem was encountered with my booking. I booked a standard double room with a description of 1 queen bed with SEA VIEW. I chose this room because of the “sea view” over another room a little cheaper but without a window with the view of Mla bay. Upon arrival, hotel staff gave us a room at the 3/f. I immediately checked our window. The view was that of the hotel carpark. So I went back to front desk and asked for a room with a sea view. The staff then informed me that there was an error in the description of the room that I booked. That there is an additional charge for a room with a sea view. So I showed her my reservation and asked that they honor what I reserved, regardless of the description error they were claiming. After consulting with someone from the other room, maybe her supervisor, the staff graciously told me that they will give us a room with a sea view. My husband and I waited for almost an hour, though, for our room to be prepared. But it was ok. In addition, they informed us that we can checkout until 1pm of the following day, free of charge, as their way of making it up for letting us wait for our room. But since we planned on checking out early, I asked for 2 extra pillows instead. Because we saw there was only one pillow each for 2 occupants. And my husband and I sleep with 2 pillows each. The gave us my request. Now, this is customer service. Kudos to the staff of Hop Inn Ermita. They were gracious, accommodating and sensitive to the needs of their clients. What I thought started as a bad check in experience turned out quite well. Thank you so much. The room given to us was at the 4/f with a partial view of the sea. That was ok. And we were appeased.

The hotel has good clean rooms. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a conveinence Seven 11 shop located within the premise. There is no Restaurant but there are great restaurants within walking distances in the neighbourhood. Safety is guaranteed. Good for both long term and short stay.

Nice place for urgent accommodation when you are in a business trip within Manila area.

Room 815 aircon not powerfull although technician came to check it. Internet also very low signal and water pressure of the CR hose not sufficient.

Hop Inn Hotel is a nice and clean hotel to stay at. Their staffs are very much welcoming. Would recommend you guys to stay here.

Love the location, lots of restaurants, room was okay just too many small cockroaches in the room came out from the door bathroom and windows gap.

Exceptional staff service with attentive and courteous staff. Room cleanliness exceeded expectations. However, noise from the bathroom window was disruptive, affecting overall comfort. Despite this, the overall experience was positive due to the outstanding service and cleanliness maintained throughout the hotel.

It's neat and 7 eleven is just beside it. A little bit hard to get a grab or taxi, need to walk a few blocks to get one.

Hop Inn is clean. I suggest that an intercom to the concierge be available, in case of emergency or urgent requests. Above all, the location is best for me. Thanks for accommodating me in your hotel. Well wishes!
