""I stayed at Urban Travellers Hotel for 3 days. The service was very good, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. "This is my 9th visit to your establishment, and unfortunately, this has been the worst experience so far. My previous stays were very pleasant, which is why I kept coming back to your place. However, during this last 3-day visit, I was very dissatisfied.First, upon check-in, we did not notice immediately that our room had no water supply because we fell asleep after entering the room around 4 PM. When we reported the issue to the receptionist, we were informed that we would be transferred to another room by 6 PM. We waited until 7 PM, but there was still no update, so we went back to the reception area ourselves.Apparently, the receptionist was only available until 5 PM, but the housekeeper still told us to wait. Imagine waiting for 5 hours without any water supply. They did not even offer any alternative options or temporary remedy, especially for basic needs such as using the toilet. The room we were transferred to also had issues, as both the sink and toilet bowl were clogged. In addition, I noticed that the breakfast selections are now more limited compared to before. I completely understand that inflation may affect the services and offerings, but it would have been appreciated if there were alternative options available for guests. I would also like to suggest that the housekeepers and security staff be informed about the room rates and basic information about the establishment, as these are common questions that guests usually ask."

"The bonus was we arrived very early. Like 8am. She told us we can check in early but it would be 2k pesos. We declined and hung out at the lounge. She told us we can check in for free at 10am. We had a visa appt, and originally booked a cheaper hotel. We saw the reviews of the other one and decided to cancel. We saw H20 had a kiddy area with slides and splash pad, so we decided to splurge and enjoy it. We booked for 4 days. Only to find out the splash area was under construction. The pool was freezing, so my 8 month didn’t want to get in. We went to the outside one and it was smelling like a septic tank or sea lions, or something.. and could use a cleaning. we didn’t stay long. Our fish tank was nice when the fish came, in our room But it was rare. We were the last room, so maybe they didn’t come down as much.. staff was friendly and accommodating . But when I asked if we could walk in the Aquirum since the kiddy pool was not working. They said no, it’s an extra payment. Trip gave me $39 in trip coins, that we used. But the feeding of penguins were the same price or more to do then the actual ticket to get in."

Belmont Hotel Manila near NAIA Terminal 3 MNL ★★★★
"I stayed here for a layover, and the location is unbeatable, literally a 5-minute walk to NAIA Terminal 3 via the covered walkway, which saved me from Manila traffic hell. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and my room was clean with a really comfortable bed. Bathroom was a bit small, but fine for a short stay. Breakfast buffet had good variety, but I had to wait in line for a table during peak hours. Perfect for transit or early flights. Not a luxury resort, but convenient, clean, and great value for what it offers. I'd stay again if I have a flight to catch."

Stone House Hotel Manila ★★
"I stayed at Stone House Manila for a one-day transit before heading back to my country, and overall it served its purpose well. The location is very convenient, especially for a short stay. It’s close to key spots like , , and Robinsons Place Manila, making it easy to grab food, do a bit of last-minute shopping, or just take a quick walk to relax before the flight. The room itself was simple and basic. It’s not luxurious, but it was clean enough for a short rest. The air-conditioning worked fine, and the bed was comfortable enough for a quick overnight stay., for a short transit stay, it’s a good budget option — convenient, affordable, and practical. I would consider staying again if I just need a quick place to rest before a flight."

Bayprime Hotel ★★★★
"I chose to book this hotel again primarily because of its convenient location near my travel site. However, I believe the pool services could be improved by ensuring that towels are readily available to guests. On my final day, I received a call from reception at approximately 11:30 a.m. Since I was not expecting any calls, I did not answer. A second call followed at 11:45 a.m., which I then answered. The purpose of the call was to provide an “early reminder for checkout.” While this initiative may be considered a courteous gesture, it would be more appropriate if such reminders were offered only to guests who have opted in to receive them. Otherwise, a reminder call placed after 12:00 p.m. would serve its intended purpose more effectively, as it would then address overdue checkouts."

Ibis Styles Manila Araneta City ★★★
"This hotel is beautiful. The reception is on the fourth floor, together with a bar open 24/7 that offers simple drinks and food/snacks. The staff is friendly and welcoming and always ready to answer any questions. Common areas and rooms are colourful and artistically decorated. Their breakfast is quite varied and nutritious with plenty of choices. The breakfast area is organised as a street with vendors, mirroring the differentiated offer."
