I was here after being refused at a hotel that doesn't accept foreigners. It is a good hotel like all brand-name western hotels.

Check in for foreigner us a real pain in the neck. I was even asked to justify my entrance location in China. It took me at least 15 mn for the hotel staff to be “satisfied “ with my answers . Otherwise room was great

Well well. Not easy times for foreigners in China when you go to small tiers cities. Only 3 hotels in Nanyang Aon Trip. The check-in was okay until I was asked proof of exit quarantine even though I arrived in China 2 months before. They told me there is a rule that you need a proof within 3 monthes. The staff was also embarrassed as they understood it was stupid, fortunately i had a picture of a paper I had in centralised quarantine and everyone was happy. A bit later they asked me twice for my passeport as my passport is special so I can't blame them so much. To apologize they offered me a big plate of fresh fruits, very nice gesture, not every hotel do that. Small gym,. swimming pool and the restaurant buffet is well furnished for a city like Nanyang. The hotel location is not in downtown tho. A good quick stay thanks to a capable and smart staff, who understood foreigners troubles in China, keep up the good work!

Came to Shifo Temple to shop, and walked around for two days. There were no good hotels in Zhenping. I hurried back to Nanyang on the last day and finally had a good sleep. The hotel is generally rated five stars. I don't usually eat breakfast, so I didn't comment. Hotel advantages: 1. The bedding is good, and the sheets feel clean (less detergent residue) and will not cause coughing. I have a sensitive physique, so I highly praise it. 2. Ground parking is worth mentioning. There are many convenient locations and small woods. Friends who hate parking in underground garages will definitely like it. 3. The service is very good. When checking in, I told the front desk that I needed a quiet room, and I was arranged near the community. Checking out was also fast. I helped to get hot water for tea. The manager also gave me a small gift before leaving. Thank you. This hotel should be the best in Nanyang. Next time I will come to stay here for Taobao, the only thing I hope to improve is that the water pressure in the high-rise rooms can be higher, which is more friendly to ladies with long hair. Another thing worth praising is that the toiletries smell pretty good. Thank you!
