Best Western Plus Las Brisas Hotel Reviews

Our first time staying downtown Palm Springs and we loved it! The hotel was gorgeous (just like the photos!) Walking distance to the main ***** with lots of restaurant & shopping options, a weekly Thursday night street festival/market and even a Grocery outlet across the street where we were able to stock up on some low cost snacks/drinks. When checking in the staff saw we were staying for 6 nights so ensured we had a quiet room, away from the street - which was thoughtful and appreciated. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING. The pool and pool bar with Happy Hour has us feeling like we were in Mexico. As you can probably tell, my fiancé and I loved our stay and will most definitely be back again!

Overall good, close to the center of Palm Springs, there is a bar nearby that is open late and a bit noisy

I love the free airport shuttle. The view from the high-rise terrace was really nice. Rooms close to the lift are noisy. But the noise was tolerated by the great view. The location is really great.

Location was perfect, close to everything downtown. The hotel staff went above and beyond everyday.

This hotel is fine. I will say I watched a housekeeper take a seat in the middle of the morning on the 3rd floor in a common area having a very loud argument with someone on her phone - on speaker of course. This lasted a full hour.

This is our second time staying at Las Brisas and we would definitely stay here again. We had a really nice clean, spacious room. Staff were friendly and very helpful. A full complementary breakfast was a wonderful way to start the day.

We came for our granddaughter’s competition and were very pleased with the location. Beautiful hotel with many beautiful places to sit and enjoy the mountains.

Our second stay here and it was great. We love the pool area and the convenience of being able to walk to all the restaurants and shopping. The included breakfast is a nice addition. This time we got a ground level room by the breakfast area and it was noisy in the morning as people walked by.
