We like this place and stay here often. Free airport shuttle, good bed, good breakfast, big television. We find that it is much easier before flights to stay here the night before. The air flight schedule board is in the lobby.

As an airport hotel, the facilities and services are in line with expectations. There is a 24-hour airport pick-up service, but the breakfast is not even as simple as a motel, which is quite surprising.

The hotel is okay, there are too many people staying, the internet is not as fast as other reviews say, it is very very slow at 1mb, the breakfast is okay. If suitable, you can choose other hotels

Shuttle bus is very convenient to the airport

I loved it was close to the airport. The convenient free shuttle was amazing. All the staff was so nice, from the front desk to housekeeping. The onsite restaurant was convenient and delicious. Alee (?) was very sweet. My little girlnfell asleep and she brought food up to our room for us.

This is my 3rd time been here, safe quiet, convenient, clean , nice breakfast actually buffet and coffee and English tea anytime of the days with free parking. Thank you.

Didn't like to spend extra $ for parking on the night of my stay. I understand the need to pay extra leaving car there, but should be part of the lodging fee for the night. At least disclose this on the reservation. Also, the airducts / room air conditioners need cleaning. Room smelled somewhat old & musty, had to have window open the entire cold night to offset this.

We’ve stayed here before and love that it’s 1.1 miles from the Portland airport. Their shuttle runs every 30 minutes. Breakfast compared to so many others is excellent!! We’ll definitely stay again.

Hotel stay was pleasant, staff was excellent. The building was really worn, however. Heavy damage/scrapes on every public doorway and several restrooms, as if heavy items had repeatedly smashed into them

It’s always a pleasure and a convenience to stay at the Country Inn in Portland or Seattle near the airports. I really enjoy and appreciate the warm welcome….! At the Seattle location, I fully appreciate the “Welcome Gift” of water and some snacks…which eases a tired and hungry traveler into something really refreshing and relaxing.

Called for ride and 30 minutes later nobody had shown up to airport while other hotel shuttles had come and gone 3 times. Called back and staff ever told driver but was told that employee always is lazy and never does her job but management won’t get rid of her. Only 7 minute ride so we knew something was wrong. Rooms are dirty bed sheets a mess and breakfast very very limited even though they shown full breakfast.
