Great location and near to the airport I like the hotel because has shuttle service

Clean and spacious room! The stay was enjoyable. Our room was quiet, just heard some people talking in low volume. The staff checking us in was nice. Amenities were good. They don’t provide toothbrush and toothpaste. But hairdryer, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion were provided! It would be better if they provide a kettle ( but I know most hotels don’t) And we were in a group of 4, they could check guest information and give 4 bath towels instead of just 2.

We had a great time. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to our extra needs. We will stay again.

The location is good, close to the beach. The hotel itself is similar to a domestic express hotel. The hardware is average, and the air conditioner and exhaust fan are very loud. Parking is relatively convenient, but you have to pay $21 per night. Another weird thing is that the car cannot go directly from the lobby to the guest room inside the hotel. You need to park in the lobby after checking in and then drive to the main road to the guest room parking space. The overall cost performance is not high. The breakfast is good.

Over half an hour to check-in. Bad timing 4:15 pm on my part. Bed was nice. Shower had hit water, but handle for water flow and temperature was difficult to adjust and would not completely shut off for me. Shuttle to airport good.

This place is very out of date. Two lamps did not work, the furniture was beat up. This place is just not good. We wish we didn't stay there.

Property lack a little tender loving care but room was very comfortable. Location by the bay is great.

Horrible front desk staff and no well seasoned manager on-site. No guest should experience that kind of trea**ent especially when you are being extremely patient and respectful to them along their own mistakes. This place needs a good training and leadership.

For those traveling on business, it's important to note that the business center does not offer self-service printing facilities. There is an opportunity for the hotel to enhance the guest experience further by fostering a more consistently courteous interaction from the staff. Enhancing staff training could significantly contribute to making every guest feel more welcomed and valued.

Not great for a fairly expensive, name-brand hotel. The toilet didn't stop running, we had to open the tank every time. And after flushing there was a lot of squeaking. We could also hear sleep-disturbing squeaking from the neighbor's shower and toilet. The motel-style rooms are right next to the road and not well insulated from road noise.

Great security. Parking was expensive. Great restaurant. The room service was good, but they forgot the coffee pods. Good location for Liberty Station and Pt Loma Seafood.

Noisy and old room like an old motor hotel. Booked a King and so this was their only option. Also, upon check in no information about a free breakfast so we didn’t even know about it until we were catching a shuttle to the airport in the morning.

I would have given 5 stars except for the shuttle pick up at the airport. I had to call 3x and it still took over an hour. That is unacceptable
