We were goven welcome fruit basket which is nice but the fruits are not fresh. Infact some are rotten so not good. Hairdryer cable is loose so sometime off when used. Pls be more carefull becos it can cause problem

Title: Luxurious Stay at the Five-Star Haven Review: My recent stay at the five-star hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and elegance. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff were incredibly attentive throughout my entire stay. The room itself was a haven of luxury. Impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with every amenity one could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the bathroom was spacious and well-appointed. The hotel's facilities were equally impressive. The pool area was a tranquil oasis, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring the city. The fitness center was well-equipped with modern machines, making it easy to stick to my workout routine even while traveling. Dining at the hotel was a culinary delight. From sumptuous breakfast buffets to gourmet dinners, every meal was a feast for the senses. The variety of options catered to every palate, and the quality of the food was outstanding. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the level of service. Every staff member, from the concierge to the housekeeping team, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. I got an upgrade at check-in. The room was very big and had a nice view on the pool. The service team was very friendly. Perfect place to stay to visit beautiful Jewel gardens as it’s just some minutes to walk. I would definitely book it again.

Convenient and clean hotel located in Changi Airport. The staff were friendly and room was clean. Recommend staying here if transferring in Singapore!

Kids friendly. Our 2nd time returned. This time celebrating our anniversary! We received a complimentary cake too! Was delicious! Kids love it alot this time as they manage to see airplanes. They manage to learn about different kinds of airplane too! Thank you! Overly satisfied ❤️

The most beautiful in airport hotel. Very convenient for transits. The food was really good too. My kids enjoyed the pool. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Upon our arrival, we were upgraded to a Premium Room because of my elderly mother - the receptionist said the Jewel Wing we booked was too far away for her age and the Premium Room they offered was "much better" and on the same level of their swimming pool, so we gladly accepted the offer. However, we later found out the Jewel Wing was actually not that far away to us (less than halfway to the Jewel itself which we later visited for the light show, shopping and dinner - so the distance between the main entrance and the Jewel Wing was actually very manageable). When asked later how long it would take us to walk to the Jewel Wing, the lady on the phone just said: "It depends on individuals." Of course. Thank you. And, to our disappoin**ent, 70% of the seats next to the swimming pool were reserved for the pool access rooms and the rest of the 30% were occupied by others when we visited, so we were not able to use the pool at all despite it being on the same floor of our room - a huge advantage for us to be "upgraded" according to the receptionist. Sound insulation was poor, so we had been hearing suitcases moving along the corridor all night (residents come in and out around the clock for airport hotels like this one). No view from the room despite my earlier request. No cushion was available for the couch even on request (the same lady on the phone said they could send us extra pillows - but to me, pillows and cushions are two different things and function differently), and the couch itself was not comfortable to sit on. The duvet was not soft and had a plastic feel. Slippers were huge and open toes - couldn't quite walk on them! The bathtub had no handrail on both sides which was not quite the standard tub and not safe especially for elderly to bath in - the only handrail available was at the end of the tub which had no practical use. Breakfast spread was limited despite rave reviews from others, e.g., the ONLY Chinese option for the day we stayed was plain congee. This is the first ever negative review I have written about a hotel :( We even had a much better experience with a 4-star hotel in downtown Singapore for only half the price we paid for Crowne Plaza Changi. Fortunately we only stayed there for one night.

the location is very easy and the service is very friendly, the rooms are very clean and I stayed for my honeymoon they provided beautiful rooms

First of all Happy New Year to all from Crown Hotel. Me and my family were thrilled and satisfied with the services, accommodation and amenities. How well was the hotel connected to all the amenities around her.Jewel was just next door. Services were great. Room was big for our family of 3 adults. Cleanliness was tip top. Breakfast ,even not certified Halal but the staff guided us to what we can eat. Am very satisfied. Keep up the good work and sustainability. Have a great year ahead.

Room service is quite slow, but the environment is good for holiday

Superb location which is located inside the airport. Room was tidy and nice. A good place for transit.
