I pass this daily and had to pop by to have a look. Free parking. 2 information boards and a short pathway to a viewing point. You cannot climb the hill. There are lots of other places to walk to and ...

Avebury and Silbury Hill are not to be missed! Free to visit and stroll around the town and fields. Do a quick drive by of Stonehenge, and then enjoy the Avebury Henge and stone circles.

Quite an amazing sight. This hill can be seen easily from the surrounding areas. There is a car park nearby and path leading you to a good viewpoint.

Yes, worth stopping in one the few car parks nearby, just to have a look at the sheer size of the man-made mound
