The cathedral in Avila, integrated with the ancient city walls and a defensive function, was originally built as a church with a castle function. It is rustic and unassuming, but has an insane interior. Renaissance paintings and sculptures, as well as the Red Spot Chamber Early Public Welfare, are very chic. So this trip can not only feel the Christian religious culture, but also see more successful art works. Fine sculptures complement the ancient Christian culture, with the cathedral consisting of a nave, wing porch, two towers and a multi-channel chapel. The huge screen of Christ's life is said to be Pedro Berruget's work. What is more interesting is that it is integrated with the east wall and a fortress with a back hall. Although I have seen the church countless times, I feel the grandeur and solemnity every time I go in.
