Aksum Ruins - Excellent Driver
If you are travelling to Ethiopia, the ruins of Axum are a must-visit. I had an amazing driver called Kibrom Tadesse (WhatsApp +251 913027261) who speaks perfect English and has a good car to transpor...
Really interesting
The stelae field is really interesting. It is astonishing that there are some still standing after all these years.
Just Average
In my opinion, this is not the best historical site in the country. Can give it a miss if short of time.
Ruins of Aksum
Bring a flashlight for the underground tombs. This is the place to visit in Aksum the museum is excellent.
